It's quite clear that the San Francisco rental market is hot hot hot right now, so here at Curbed we're going to bring you a bevy of rental properties each week for your perusal — one in each price range for budget, middle-of-the-road, and luxury. Today, we take a look at one bedrooms in the Marina, a rather pricey neighborhood. Its "budget" abodes aren't what the rest of us consider a screamin' good score.
Budget: Low-priced one-bedroom apartments are hard to find in the true Marina, but for those who absolutely must separate their bed from their kitchen, we chose this one on Laguna and Chestnut for $2,200. The location can't be beat - you're close enough to the main hubbub on Fillmore and super close to fields for your co-ed softball team and only two blocks to Fort Mason. The unit itself is prime: top floor, hardwood and recently remodeled. On top of that, parking is available and there is laundry in the building. [craigslist]
Middle of the Road: Another top floor apartment, but this one with some baller views of the Golden Gate Bridge. It will set you back $3,100, but includes parking and storage. The apartment has exposed beams, a working fireplace, hardwood floors, and is overall nice and bright. It's in a very fancy location a block away from Marina Green and the yacht club. [craigslist]
Luxury: On tops is this "extra large" apartment in the Marina for $3,700. It's got lots of light and some beautiful hardwood floors, and is, of course, on the top floor. The location is not clear, but the listing says it's close to Safeway, Marina Green, and everything on Chestnut, so it sounds pretty great. [craigslist]
