Whoopsies!

The Chron's Matier and Ross bring word that it might not be smooth financial sailing for the Warriors to make the jump from Oakland to San Francisco. Head Oakland honchos say the team is still on the hook for at least $70 million to their old landlord at the Oracle Arena. The Warriors' lease clearly states that if the team pulls out "for any reason" before construction bonds are retired in 2026, the Warriors still owe the money. "The language is pretty clear," said county Auditor-Controller Patrick O'Connell. [SFGate/image via Shutterstock]
