Size: 4,520-square-feet
Location: 2921-2823 Broderick Street, Cow Hollow
The skinny: While we don't typically include multi-unit buildings in our top three sales lists, we thought we'd make an exception for this 2-unit building. Buyers should bring contractors prior to making offer. This is a trust sale not subject to court confirmation. Shown by appointment only, not public opens/Tuesday tours." It was listed on May 9th and sold about two weeks later. We'll keep you posted on what happens with this place.
