It's quite clear that the San Francisco rental market is hot hot hot right now, so here at Curbed we're going to bring you a bevy of rental properties each week for your perusal - one in each price range for budget, middle-of-the-road, and luxury. After last week's Inner Sunset studio piqued a lot of (outraged) interest, we thought we'd see what else was for rent in the nabe.
Budget: How about this little garden getaway for you? It's a studio on 12th and Irving that goes for $1525 per month and has a shared garden and washer and dryer. An updated kitchen overlooks the greenery, but you'll need to get some fuzzy slippers to protest your tootsies from the tile floor. [craigslist]
Medium: Looking to be a little fancier with more space and top-floor privileges? This one bedroom on 7th and Irving can be yours for $1850 per month. Get around the bummer that is no laundry in the building and decide instead to enjoy the hardwood floors, cool original details, and great neighborhood. We bet you'll even be able to hear the squeaks of the N-Judah telling you its time to grab the train to work -- check whether this place faces the street.[craigslist]
Luxury: Just a few more blocks down on Irving, there's a little more room to roam in this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo for $5000 per month. It's got fancy features like a car elevator, skylights, and high-end appliances and fixtures. We like it for its proximity to Golden Park and transit, and that it looks to be family-friendly in one of the most family-friendly neighborhoods. Taking the kids to Stow Lake for the afternoon without having to pack the car up? Well worth the rent.[craigslist]
