It's quite clear that the San Francisco rental market is hot hot hot right now, so here at Curbed we're going to bring you a bevy of rental properties each week for your perusal - one in each price range for budget, middle-of-the-road, and luxury. Today, we look at Nob Hill.
Budget: Finding budget digs in true Nob Hill (not lower, not tender) has always been difficult, so this studio for $1,825 caught our eye. The listing says Russian Hill, but our operatives say otherwise (majority agrees that Nob Hill's boundaries are California to Broadway and Polk to Mason). It has hardwood floors, a cool fireplace, a remodeled kitchen, and an awesome shared backyard. [craigslist]
Medium: This top-floor one-bedroom has swoon-worthy views and we happen to know some awesome neighbors in the building. It's got carpet because, hey' it's from the 60's, but at least you won't have to worry about keeping your downstairs neighbors awake with your line-dancing parties. The unit goes for $2,200, and parking is available in the garage for an extra $200. [craigslist]
Luxury: This gorgeous house on Nob Hill is nestled between Grace Cathedral and the FiDi. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths will run you $13,500 a month, but if you've got that kind of cash, this is the kind of place to throw it at. There are decks and gardens, but parking is a half block away. Feel free to invite us over for Champagne Tuesdays. What, you don't have those? You really should. [craigslist]
