It seems like everyone's been so excited about the Golden Gate Bridge's upcoming 75th anniversary celebration that we've neglected our less-famous bridge to the east, particularly its replacement's construction. Thankfully, photographer and friend of Curbed SF Bhautik Joshi was lucky enough to partake in a Caltrans boat tour of the under-construction east span of the new Bay Bridge earlier this month. He snapped some great shots with full descriptions of what kind of action is happening. Check out his photos above, and click the link in the photo caption for more information on the construction.
