We first told you about this 2,275-square-foot boutique warehouse (and check out that seafoam facade!) back in January of last year when it landed on the market with an asking price of $1,200,000. Steep, especially considering the space is essentially a warehouse (albeit a cute one) with one bathroom. It should also be pointed out that the kitchen and bathroom need updating. A month later the price was reduced $50,000. Then in March another $50,000. We're happy to report that it's finally sold, and for $940,000. Congrats to all parties involved. [Curbed/Redfin]
