NORTH BEACH - The Board of Supervisors will be adopting environmental findings for the North Beach Branch Library and approving the expenditure of bond proceeds at today's hearing. Even though the Supes already adopted environmental findings for individual parts of the project, today they'll adopt the whole package, as well as bond proceeds to go towards construction costs. Looks like the insanely controversial library project is finally getting underway. [SFGov]

NOB HILL - The Conditional Use appeal for the Nob Hill Masonic Center is on the BOS agenda today, and maybe it'll actually get heard after being continued three weeks in a row. Word on the street is the continuations were in hopes of Live Nation and the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association to work things out behind the scenes. We're ready to see some action already. [SFGov]
