Just last month we introduced you to 1250 Leavenworth on Nob Hill, a brand new building with three units that made their debut on the MLS, each asking over a million. They've all been sold. Let's take a look at the details.
The least expensive of the bunch was unit #2, which was asking $1,369,000. 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,738 square feet. It sold for asking.
Next up is unit one, a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,712 square foot lower level unit that was asking $1,449,000. It sold for over asking at $1,487,000, a $38,000 increase.
Unit #3 is the "penthouse" of the group. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,822 square foot top floor unit with its own private roof deck. It asked $1,649,000 and sold for that price.
