Just How Much Would You Pay For Not Enough Room To Swing Your Cat?

One of the standouts of the 2011 AIA house tours, everybody loved 645 Congo Street, the 3-bed, 2-bath modernist cottage that replaced one built in 1917- which cost $601,000 in 2001. Sadly, when the house came on the market this past February, no one loved it enough to part with the $2,085,000 the owners were looking for. Design by MaK Studio, and the perfect house for rich, slender people with highly-edited possessions, it's brilliant, but tiny. Beautifully organized and detailed, but tiny. Up a few flights of stairs from the street, and still tiny. You can see just how tiny at the open house on Sunday, April 22 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm— and get back to us with what you think it will actually sell for.
