This week we'll be exploring the magical land of fancy residential towers. We combed through the listings to find the ten least expensive properties for sale in South Beach. As always, we didn't include any property that has a sale that's pending. Boundaries are Market and 3rd to the water. You can click the map to the right for a larger version. Have a neighborhood you'd like us to highlight? Send it to the tipline or leave a comment after the jump. Onwards!
