What's For Rent In Pacific Heights?

New, 3 comments

It's quite clear that the San Francisco rental market is hot hot hot right now, so here at Curbed we're going to bring you a bevy of rental properties each week for your perusal - one in each price range for budget, middle-of-the-road, and luxury. This week we're focusing on Pacific Heights.

Budget: Hello pretty apartment! Top floor? Hardwood? Dishwasher? Laundry? All of it in this one-bedroom apartment at Pacific and Van Ness, which could be all yours for $1,950. It says you've got bay views as well, and we're hoping they don't include a view of Van Ness or it could get a little noisy up in here. That said, it's lovely.

Medium: This 2-bedroom apartment a half block off Alta Plaza is reasonably priced at $3,300 per month. Truth be told, it may be only a one bedroom plus a den, but that's the perfect amount of a space for a couple. It's also on the second floor, meaning you may get noise from above and below. The location can't be beat and we love the breezy, airy feel to the apartment. There's also a shared garden for fancy hat parties!

Luxury: Sometimes you may think to yourself what would I do with an extra $300,000 a year? If the answer is to rent a 6-bedroom mansion in Pacific Heights for $25,000 per month, then we have found the place for you! It's swankety swank, with views galore and too many amenities to mention. Outdoor space? Check. Seriously high-end chef's kitchen? Check. Fancy location? Check again. Invite us over for the housewarming.
