While we were searching under sofa cushions for change to pay for it, that lovely Arts & Crafts house at 3235 Pacific Avenue went "Pending-Contingent" today after 12 days on the market. We're not surprised someone moved so fast. Houses (and gardens) like this don't come up every day- and frankly, even at $4.2M, it must be hard to part with. OK, maybe not. [Curbed SF]
