There's trouble brewing for a small motel near Ocean Beach called the Beach Motel. The Beach Motel has been operating as a place for tourists to lay their head at night since it opened in the late 1950s. That soon could change. The lawyers for the motel fear that the change would turn the building into a homeless structure. We'll update you on this legal battle as it develops. [ABC News]
