Sort of: 832 Fell Street closed escrow yesterday at $2.85M, well over its asking price of $2.4M late this past January but well under its original ask of $4M in January, 2011. A very grand Victorian whose renovation remains incomplete, where marble and granite have gone where no marble or granite have gone before, but probably still too much money to have to back out of a driveway on Fell Street.
