Noe Valley's 277 Chattanooga, aka the 3-bed, 3.5-bath, 2417 square foot house with a pool (commenters chimed in to say the pool's too small for regular pool activities - it's more of a very large soaking tub) has sold. It was on the market since September of 2011. The last known asking price is $1,625,000, and we know it was once asking as much as $1,695,000. Yesterday it sold for $1,708,000.
