It's common knowledge that San Francisco's got a bedbug problem. In 2010 it was reported that there was a 44% increase in reported cases in the city over the past three years. Pair that with this warm weather (bedbugs thrive in heat) and it should give you a sense of calm to find out that the Department of Health is hosting a public meeting for first revisions to its Bedbug Plan, a plan that has't been revised since 2008.
