Academy Of Art Acquires Another Building

As part of its quest for San Francisco real estate domination, The Academy of Art University has purchased a 130,000-square-foot building at 150 Hayes Street. The SF Business Times also tells us that the art school now owns 1.93 million square feet of space in San Francisco. And yes, this is the same Academy of Art University that historically gobbles up buildings and converts them to educational use, with apparent full knowledge that doing all that was against planning code.
