Pitch: "Central Waterfront 1bed/1bath Loft-like home in FHA-approved, historic Brick and Timber Conversion Building. rivate deeded outdoor space overlooking lush courtyard of mature plantings and zen-like water features. Completely renovated w/ gleaming floors, large loft windows, brick accents and original exposed beams. Remodeled Kitchen has new painted cabinetry, stainless refrigerator and stove, original Buddy Rhodes concrete countertops, stainless backsplash. Upgraded Bathroom w/ tiled shower and slate floors."
Our Take: We're seriously digging the idea of hanging out on the front porch when a warm weekend shows up. Even though the unit appears tiny (no square footage is listed), it looks like there's a good amount of built-in storage. A Redfin agent who visited the condo said that it's "surprisingly roomy" and that the "bedroom alcove is a bit small." Monthly HOA dues are $379.60 and there's 1-car parking.

Our Take: The bedroom's huge and has a fireplace and balcony. Also: shared roof deck. Monthly HOA dues are $392.72 and there's 1-car parking in the garage.

With deeded garage parking and an office alcove, this property makes the perfect pied-a-terre. Situated such that there's nobody above or below, it boasts interior access to the view roof top, and even a laundry chute from the unit to the private washer & dryer below. And with easy access to parks, shops, cafes, freeways, & public transit (plus a WalkScore of 92), you're sure to enjoy all the delights of Bernal Heights!"
Our Take: The listing's pretty specific so we won't say much here. The kitchen's a little wonky but it's not a deal breaker. Monthly HOA dues are a low $187 and there's 1-car parking.
Open House: Saturday, 2 to 4PM and Sunday, 12 to 2PM
