The 10 Least Expensive Properties For Sale in the Western Addition

New, 5 comments

It was just last week that we thought we had run out of larger nabes to comb through to find you the cheapest listings. While the Western Addition isn't a huge neighborhood in the city, it's rich with residential complexes and multi-unit buildings. We should point out that the majority of property for sale in the neighborhood are in the St. Francis Square Cooperative. Here now, the ten least expensive properties for sale in the Western Addition. As always, we won't be including any property that has a sale that's currently pending. Western Addition boundaries can be seen above. Readers, have a neighborhood you want us to feature? Shoot us an email or leave a note in the comments. Onwards!

It last sold in mid-2007 for $580,000, and then reappeared on market 13 months later. Since then, it's undergone several price chops and been delisted five times. Monthly HOA dues are $455.81 and there's 1-car parking in parking lot.
