The 16,400 square foot mansion sat on the market for a year with a very daunting asking price of $32,000,000, and took a $3.5M price chop in October of 2011 to bring it down to $28,500,000. theFrontSteps is reporting that the buyers are "willing to pay around $25,000,000."
