Since the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry is fixing to move into the former Wells Fargo building at 155 Fifth Street in SoMa in 2014, it should come as no surprise that the school's looking to offload some of its Pacific Heights properties in an effort to migrate east to downtown. The school just sold 2130 Post Street, a 67-unit, 100,000 square foot apartment building to the Prado Group. The Prado Group plans to "reposition the building as a market rate apartment building," the San Francisco Business Times reports. [SF Business TImes]
