Zynga's Mark Pincus Reduces Price On 3855 Washington Street Abode, You Can Visit It On Sunday

New, 2 comments

[3855 Washington Street] Was: $8,900,000
Now: $8,455,000
You Saved: $445,000

The splendid grey-and-white stucco house in Presidio Heights owned by Zynga's Mark Pincus took a 5% shave off the top today. We had a tour of the house last year along with some vertiginous marketing by Teed-Haze. Inside, it's frankly mind-blowing, with the kind of finishes that don't appear to have been done by mere human hands- whether glossy, matte or somewhere in between. The only false step may be the lack of an elevator for four floors, but there is a gift-wrap station, and you can see for yourself, firsthand- 3855 Washington is open this Sunday, February 12, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
