Looks like another unit is up for grabs at the Saitowitz-designed 1234 Howard in SoMa. The building, which has graced the pages of Dwell and Architectural Record, is about as contemporary as you can get in San Francisco. Broker babble tells us that the "floor to ceiling glass walls absorbs a seamless gaze over interior crossing bridges through the length of the inner central courtyard," so there's that. This unit is a 1-bed (is it a bedroom if it only has two walls?), 1-bath, 886 square foot sleek contemporary condo. It last sold in May 2010 for $639,000, so imagine our shock to find it back on the market today with a much lower price of $589,000. Monthly HOA dues are $400.68 and there's 1-car parking in the garage.
