Unit #42A is part of the Grand Residences at the Millennium Tower. The 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,517 square foot condo landed on the market in mid-October asking $1,899,000, which seems ambitious since it sold in late July of this year for $1,690,000. Shoot forward to today and the price has taken chop after chop, and its most recent one in late November brings it down to $1,799,000. As you may already know, the Millennium Tower is packed with amenities, hence the monthly HOA dues of $1,339. There's a huge outdoor terrace, a "children's room," indoor pool, fitness center, wine cellar, and access to the ground floor restaurant RN74, a real favorite around those parts.
