The Fell and Oak Bike Lanes appeal was unanimously rejected by the Board of Supervisors this week. The appellants argued that the Planning Department should not have issued an exemption from environmental review for the project because the removal of parking spots and alterations to the street don't qualify as a minor alterations, but the Supes agreed with the exemption and the project can resume construction.
