Tech companies whose headquarters are overflowing with employees are hooking up with local restaurants to use their space during the day, when the restaurant is typically closed. For example, software company Heroku has an office down the street from Bar Agricole, and the restaurant opens its doors during the day to the employees of the company to hold meetings "in the restaurant's wood-trimmed booths, or hang out in the outdoor herb garden." Bar Agricole says Heroku runs up a roughly $1,100 monthly tab. [WSJ/photo via Claudine Co]
