The Outside Lands Music Festival could get the go-ahead for 8 more years of events if the Board of Supes approve a permit extension tomorrow. The new agreement would also allow for increasing the capacity of the event to 75,000 (which should make neighbors super psyched), but would require the promoter, Another Planet Entertainment, to pay the City increased Rent Payments, endow a gardener within the festival premises, and pay for materials and supplies to maintain the Polo Fields.
