Condo #2101 at 611 Washington in the heart of the FiDi is a 3-bed, 3.5-bath, two-level penthouse that just hit the market asking $4,295,000. Now that we've got that out of the way... does at least half of the entire lower level (including a bedroom!) have floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the common pool/spa and entertaining area that every resident in the 34-unit building has access to because it's a building amenity? That just doesn't calculate correctly for us. Why pay $4M+ paired with $4,017 monthly HOA dues for such a lack of privacy? Your shades would have to be constantly drawn. Dear readers, what are we missing? Or is this just poor planning?
