Berkeley Sunday Streets

While we're on the topic of Sunday Streets, Berkeley's first-ever Sunday Streets this past October was so successful that the City Council is likely to waive permit fees today and other costs annually to help Sunday Streets become a regular thing around the those parts. More than 40,000 people attended Berkeley's Sunday Streets, and Erin Rhoades of Livable Berkeley said "It was a perfect fit for Berkeley." [SFGate/photo via Dianne Yee]
