750 Second Street is South Beach's newest residential building, designed by San Francisco based architecture firm GouldEvans. The concrete and steel framed building has 14 residences with only two condos per floor. All of the residences are either 2-bedroom, 2.5- bath units starting at 1,591 square feet or 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath units starting at 2,075 square feet. One car parking comes with each unit. Prices range from $1.5M to $2.8M.

If you're a sports person this building may be for you, as it's across the street from AT&T Park and within walking distance of the proposed Golden State Warriors arena on Piers 30-32 and the San Francisco Giants' Mission Rock plan.
