When 348 Vallejo on Telegraph Hill first appeared on the market in mid-July it was the most expensive 1-bed, 1.5-bath house for sale in San Francisco. Asking $999,000, the tiny pied-à-terre was jam packed with luxury detailing and did not at all look its 106 years (built c. 1906). The home sold yesterday for $960,000, or $39,000 under asking.
