Sold Stuff

It was just last month that we told you about condo #11 at 1940 Vallejo Street. The 3.5-bed, 3.5-bath co-op apartment had just completed a pretty intense renovation that made it "one of the city's rare examples of mint condition traditional architecture and modern amenities." It was asking $4.995M. The home went into contract less than two weeks later, and it sold this week for $5.5M. That's more than half a million bucks over asking. [Curbed SF/Redfin]
