ULI Loves SF

One is Armstrong Place in the Bayview and a master plan for a Saigon shopping center by the San Francisco office of Skidmore Owings & Merrill have both received Global Awards for Excellence from the Urban Land Institute. The Bayview project is a rubix cube of low-income senior apartments and first-time home buyer townhouses designed by David Baker + Partners as part of the revitalization of Third Street, while Vietnam's waterfront Saigon South New City Center project is massive at 1,070 acres.
