Supes Are Game for SF Super Bowl 2016

The new 49er's stadium in Santa Clara isn't even built yet, but there's already talk of hosting the 2016 and 2017 Super Bowl. Today the Board of Supes will vote on recognizing the formation of the Super Bowl Bid Committee and declaring the their support to host. The NFL asked San Francisco and Miami to submit bid for the 50th Anniversary game in 2016 and the following year. If the Niners get the bid, it'll be the first time San Francisco Santa Clara will host the event, and the second time for the Bay Area (the 49ers beat the Dolphins at Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto in 1985).
