Getting to Know 411 Valencia, the Mission's Newest Condo Development

New, 18 comments

It's been months since we checked in with the 411 Valencia development, and since the condos are about to hit the market we thought we'd give you a sneak peek of what the interiors are like. We're also very curious if this brand spankin' new building will be met with as much opposition as the 299 Valencia development, which despite considerable opposition sold out pretty quickly.

411 Valencia is a five-story building (yes, there's an elevator) with sixteen 1- and 2-bedroom residences. Condo highlights include floor-to-ceiling windows, gas burning fireplaces, and fancy kitchens and bathrooms. Building amenities include a roof terrace, bike storage and a parking garage. Another building highlight is a large floral mural commissioned by San Francisco muralists Jet Martinez that will be featured in the entrance.

Ed Deleski from Vanguard Properties told us via email that "they will officially hit the market in the next week or two." The website's up, as is a gallery (shown above) of what the interiors look like. One bedrooms will start at $495,000 and two bedrooms will start at $695,000.
