Some hooligan got bored during the holidays and thought it'd be fun to create a graffiti mess along the Eugenia steps between Prospect and Winfield in Bernal Heights, Bernalwood reports. A reader alerted the Bernal Heights blog about the shenanigans, and also said that the graffiti has already removed by volunteers. From Bernalwood's post we also learn about San Francisco's Graffiti Watch program.
