"?an analysis of the cumulative noise of event helicopters is missing." The Sierra Club has thrown its own wrench in the works with an appeal- the second- of the America's Cup EIR. Along with the choppers, also cited are diesel leaks from the floating Jumbotron in Aquatic Park, but more seriously, the inadequate analysis of dredging. We thought the dredging problem had been solved (no new marinas) and wonder more about the environmental impact of no one actually showing up for this thing in 2013. [City Insider/SF Gate]
