Harding Theater, graffitied and moldering victim of failed condo conversion plans and now, an MLS listing no one seems to brave enough to touch, has a new hero: Neighbors have formed the Harding Theater Adaptive Reuse Project to “facilitate purchase, restoration, development, and operation of the Harding in order to preserve and revitalize its historical legacy.” Can Harding Theater be restored to its former glory?
