A-Cup Is a Go

After lots of public testimony (we're talking 3 hours worth) last night the Board of Supervisors rejected an appeal of the certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the America's Cup. The appeal was put forth by San Francisco Tomorrow, Golden Gate Audubon Society, Waterfront Watch, Sierra Club, and Telegraph Hill Dwellers, but the Supervisors upheld the document's certification, and work on the America's Cup can officially begin.
