Back in November, the Conditional Use application for 49 Julian Street was continued until all seven commissioners could be in attendance. Tomorrow the item will finally be heard. If you remember, the project proposes to demo a one-story shed to construct a five-story, eight-unit residential building right next to the historic Armory, home of Kink.com. There’s been some rigmarole over how much of the windows to the Armory’s historic drill court will be blocked and whether the project occupies too much open space used by neighborhood non-profits. We’ll let you know how it plays out.
