The City Insider highlights a controversy brewing over the city's beloved parklets. Supervisor Scott Wiener has put forward legislation for Jane Warner Plaza and Harvey Milk Plaza that would ban sleeping, camping, and selling merchandise without a permit at any time in the plazas; and prohibit four-wheeled shopping carts.
