It was a love fest at the Planning Commission today, as the 147 South Park development was approved. The project will demo a vacant single-family house to make room for two family-size condo units and a restaurant. While some of the commissioners weren't thrilled about the flashy finishes and asked them to tweak the window design, they loved the addition of family sized units, and the approval was unanimous.
