Tomorrow the Planning Commission will hear the Conditional Use application for 147 South Park, a vacant two-story, single-family building that was approved for demolition in 2003 and has sat in neglect ever since. The proposed new project would demo the old building and construct a four-story two-unit building, with one three-bedroom unit and one four-bedroom unit, and a ground floor restaurant (possibly French bistro The Butler and the Chef). Now every kid can get their own room! The new project will have decks on the third and fourth floors, and the roof. It’s a prime spot too, directly across the street from South Park. Looks like a slam-dunk to us, but we’ll let you know what the Planning Commission says.
