A few months ago we discovered this loft which incorporated no fewer than one million cats into its decor. This 2-bed, 2-bath near cat-tastrophe sold last month for $1,050,000, or just $45,000 under the last price, which was originally $1,195,000. We wonder if they ever took your advice to clean out the place and stage it -- we couldn't imagine anyone paying over a million for it looking so very country meets city meets veterinarian's office. That said, we hope the new owners will bring this space up to snuff as the building and neighborhood are pretty top notch. Congrats to the lucky buyer (and seller)!
