Three Years Later and 1901 Diamond Is Back

New, 6 comments

The last time we talked about 1901 Diamond was back in September of 2008 when it was on the market with an asking price of $1,995,000. It found a buyer, and they paid $2,050,000 for it. That same buyer just put it back on the market today- and at a loss: $1,950,000. The 4-bed, 3-bath, 2,815-square foot home in Noe Valley is perched high atop a steep hill, which makes for ample views. It's also a corner home that's detached on three sides, so you're getting a ton of natural light as well. Another property highlight is that it underwent an eco-friendly renovation complete with solar panels.
