That's a Wrap: 3139 Jackson Sells

We first told you about 3139 Jackson in Pacific Heights back in mid-May when it hit the market with a price tag of $1,599,000. The 3-bed, 2-bath, 2,005-square foot condo is housed within a building built in 1911 by San Francisco architect Arthur Laib. It's decked out and glossed over with all sorts of fancy finishes, to the point where no surface has been left untouched. We're talking inlays in the hardwood flooring, beveled glass doors, beamed ceilings and lots and lots of stripes painted onto walls. We're happy to report that the condo sold, and just a little under asking at $1,538,000. Congrats to all parties involved!
