NSFW Sidewalks

New, 4 comments

The 14-foot-wide sidewalk proposed for Dolores Park has been met with criticism and drawn into a dirty constellation by our friends at Uptown Almanac. According to Parks and Rec, the sidewalk is untouchable because it is necessary to meet ADA requirements. Of course, regular sidewalks are not nearly that wide, so perhaps there is another reason for the insistence on the width. Perhaps something truck-shaped carrying delicious mini-sandwiches or mini-cupcakes or something else gastronomically twee? Perhaps the track will be used as a monster truck arena? Speculation continues. [Uptown Almanac]
