Reality TV in SF

Supervisor Mark Farrell is pushing legislation that would allow reality TV to qualify for San Francisco's film rebate program, which was designed to encourage more productions to film in the city. Susannah Greason Robbins, executive director of the film commission, said she's received dozens of inquires from reality TV productions wanting to film in San Francisco, SF Gate reports. "Some of them would show off San Francisco in a really good light so in my mind it seems like a good thing to extend a rebate to them," she said. [SF Gate]
