Under Asking For Two Top Tier Properties

First, we have 1562 Fell Street in NoPa. We told you about this condo back in June, when it was listed for $895,000. The 3-bed, 1.5-bath pad features an ornate spiral staircase that's definitely the focal point of the living room. So much so, that we were worried it'd make most potential buyers hesitate. But the condo is gorgeous. And with it being situated directly across the street from the Panhandle and a mere six blocks from Golden Gate Park, we hoped it'd find a buyer who loved it as much as we do. And it did! We're happy to report that 1562 Fell Street sold last week for $850,000. Congrats to all parties involved.

Next up: 68 Presidio. A 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 4,282-square-foot single-family home in Pacific Heights. Built in 1916, this beauty's a stunner. The sunny Edwardian is a block away from the Presidio. It's decked out and glossed over with all the fancy finishes you could possibly imagine. Perhaps that's why it recently sold for $3,300,000, although that's almost half a million less than it was originally asking.
